Getting started
Yes. Text chat is free forever, and every new account gets 100 free credits on sign-up to try voice, avatar and more. Voice mode includes a 5-minute free trial, and avatar mode is available on premium plans.
Sybo.ai runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets, and in your browser at sybo-web.vercel.app. You can sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, or email, and your conversations sync across devices.
Open the app and pick a mode from your home dashboard — Text, Voice, any avatar from the library, or a topic agent — then start talking. It takes one tap.
Modes & features
Text is classic AI chat. Voice lets you speak and hear replies in real time. Avatar mode adds a lifelike video companion you can see — choose one of 1000+ avatars. Agents are topic experts you can use in any mode.
Yes. You can upload a photo, generate a look, or describe one in words to create a custom AI companion — including one with your own face, with your explicit consent.
Yes. Voice cloning works two ways: record a short sample in the app, or upload a voice file you already have. Either one lets your companion speak in your own voice across voice and avatar modes. It is a Premium feature, you can only clone a voice you have the right to use, and you can delete a cloned voice at any time.
It does. Memory saves your preferences and key context so future conversations feel continuous. You can review and manage what's remembered anytime.

Plans & billing
Features are billed dynamically based on your tier (Starter, Plus, or Pro):
- Text Messaging: Free with unlimited messaging.
- Voice (Real-time): 15 credits/min across all plans.
- Live Talking Avatar: 20 credits/min across all plans.
- Create Own Avatar: 250 credits (one-time fee per avatar).
- Image Generation: 1–20 credits (Starter); 2–25 credits (Plus & Pro).
- Image Analysis (OCR/Photos): 3 credits/image (Starter); 5 credits/image (Plus & Pro).
- Documents (Upload/Q&A): 1 credit per 10 pages.
- Document Generation: 1 credit (Starter); 2 credits (Plus & Pro).
Premium plans are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play / Stripe (Android). You can manage or cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings or in-app.
Sybo runs on credits, not minutes. Every plan comes with a monthly credit allowance — 1,000 on Starter, 2,200 on Plus, 5,000 on Pro — and features spend credits as you use them: voice and avatar sessions, image generation, and document tools. Text chat is free and costs no credits. When you run low, top up or upgrade anytime.
No. Unused monthly plan credits — tokens — do not carry over to the next month. Only top-up credits never expire.
Only the files you upload and the documents and images Sybo generates for you are kept in your storage — nothing else counts towards it.
Refunds are handled per the App Store and Google Play policies. Contact our support team and we'll help.
Privacy & data
Yes. Sessions are encrypted, requests are protected with Firebase App Check, and authentication uses secure JSON Web Tokens. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your uploaded face media is processed for the avatar and video features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your avatar data from Settings.
Your saved chat and voice conversation history is stored permanently until you delete it or delete your account. Once deleted, it is removed from our active systems. Live voice audio is processed in real time and is not retained as a recording after the session ends.
Absolutely. You can clear your memory, delete conversations, and delete your account entirely from Settings.
